Distribution Management, Inc. (DM) is committed to protecting the privacy of your information. This Privacy Policy describes our web site and platform privacy practices (“Privacy Policy”). This Privacy Policy applies to data collected by Distribution Management and its subsidiaries (hereinafter collectively referred to as the “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) through our web site. DM complies with the EU-U.S. Privacy Shield Framework and Swiss-U.S. Privacy Shield Framework as set forth by the U.S. Department of Commerce regarding the collection, use, and retention of personal information transferred from the European Union and Switzerland to the United States. Information Collection, Use, and Sharing

We are the sole owners of the information collected on this site. We only have access to/collect information that you voluntarily give us via email or other direct contact from you. We will not sell or rent this information to anyone.

We will use your information to respond to you, regarding the reason you contacted us. We will not share your information with any third party other than as necessary to fulfill your request, e.g. to ship an order or whereby required by vendors to maintain authorized distribution status or demand generation requirements. Some vendors require point of sale information from authorized distributors and all such cases are covered by a non-disclosure agreement between DM and the vendor.

Unless you ask us not to, we may contact you via email in the future to tell you about specials, new products or services, or changes to this privacy policy.

Please be aware that DM may be required to disclose an individual's personal information in response to a lawful request by public authorities, including to meet national security or law enforcement requirements. DM is liable for appropriate onward transfers of personal data to third parties.

Security

Please note that when you order products and services from DM, we will use a credit card verification company to validate the credit card and other information you provide before we can fill your order. We have an agreement with such companies to ensure that our customers’ personal information is kept confidential.
