Bill has over 14 years of direct marketing agency experience delivering data-driven, customer life cycle management solutions to national clients in the travel & hospitality, finance, healthcare, wholesale and other industries. Bill joined Distribution Management in 2006 as Vendor Program Manager and was instrumental in the development of many key marketing, merchandising and promotional capabilities that provide marketing support for the critical business objectives of our vendor partners, increase product sales and improve the customer experience. In 2012, Bill took on the role of Director of Marketing and leads the team responsible for the planning, development, and execution of marketing communications, merchandising, promotions and demand-generation programs.
